• We generally have plenty of parking in our car park.
• If you have parked in our car park, you must enter your reg number into the iPad at reception.
• Failure to do so may result in a fine from the 3rd party parking company that controls the car park.
• You have 2 hours of free parking, starting from when you enter the car park.
• Please do not park in the gym car park at the end of the building. You may get fined if you do.

We have 4 session times available:

• 9.30 – 11am
• 11.30am – 1pm
• 1.30 – 3pm
• 3.30 – 5.00pm

• First, you book your session online on this website, your children and guests must be 8 years old or under. Persons 9 and older count as ‘Adults’ when booking.
• Children aged 9-16 cannot play on the frame or use other play facilites.
• Guests should arrive at the session no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time.
• We aim to seat everyone at a table that has booked, you will be shown to your table by a member of staff.
• You will be handed a numbered buzzer when you order food. This will flash and vibrate when your order is ready to be collected.
• Please remember to hand your buzzer back.
• The cafe is open for food orders at the start of the session.
• Please be aware that we are a small family run company and therefore orders may take some time if we are really busy.
• Food orders stop 30 minutes before the end of your session.
• Please be ready to leave when the music starts 5 minutes before the end of your session.

• There is a maximum of 7 children and 4 adults per booking.

• Yes, if your guests do not turn up on the day there are no refunds for this. If you are late for your session then you will not receive extra time or recompense.

• If you want to change your booking please email info@playtrain.biz at least 48 hours before your session date.

• We cannot cancel bookings and we do not offer refunds, either in part or full*
• If you need to move the date or time of your session, you must inform Playtrain at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE* of the session by emailing us at info@playtrain.biz
• We can only react to your request within office hours. 48 hours will be calculated from the time we are able to address your request, i.e. between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm.
• If you contact us with less than the agreed time above, we may still be able to postpone your booking but only if we have time to cancel your booking and sell the tickets.
• If your tickets do not sell then I’m afraid the booking and payment will be lost.
• Once you have notified us and we have agreed to a re-booking, a re-booking is valid for 4 weeks from the date of the original postponed booking.

  *If Playtrain is forced to close at the time of your booking, then you can re-book or receive a refund in full.

• We understand that people do get ill and there is nothing you can do about it.
• However, we cannot refund you if people do not turn up to your session.

• The capacity at the moment for a session is 61 on weekdays, and 51 at weekends. This doesn’t include the people that attend  parties. so there will be others in the main hall.
• If you wish to guarantee no other people, then you would need to book a ‘Private Hire’ party that gives you around 55 minutes of the hall to yourselves.

• I’m afraid you cannot bring your own food. however, the cafe is open for orders.

• I;m afraid we don’t run tabs.

You can have a ‘Floor Party’. This is done by making multiple standard bookings and, put simply, we push the tables together for you as long as we have been told prior to the session. You may bring a cake (we can supply a knife) but we ask that this is not eaten at Playtrain, but taken home in supplied napkins. Naked flames are not allowed on the main floor so no lit candles please.

No other provision will be made, and you will not have access to a party room. Please be aware, in the interests of our other customers and our staff, that one adult must take charge of the group and all party paraphernalia (cake, wrapping paper etc) must be removed and taken home. We can supply a black bag.

There’s no guarantee Playtrain will or won’t be busy, but the 9:30am session usually fills up quicker than most. And when it rains we are always busy!

Our website can now tell you how many spaces there are left for booking in a session.

Please be aware that if our booking system is displaying only one space left, this means the session is full (minimum booking is for two people).
