IF YOU FORGET TO REGISTER YOUR CAR AT RECEPTION, YOU WILL HAVE UNTIL 12 PM ON THE DAY OF YOUR VISIT TO HIT THE BUTTON ABOVE.

IF YOU REMEMBER AFTER 12 PM ON THE SAME DAY, AND WITHIN 2 DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR THE FORM.

IF YOU FORGET AND RECEIVE A PCN CHARGE LETTER:

  • DO NOT PAY IT
  • DO NOT APPEAL
  • FORWARD IT TO US VIA EMAIL (INFO@PLAYTRAIN.BIZ) IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT
  • WE ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE PCN ISSUE DATE TO INTERVENE AND SPEAK TO THE PARKING COMPANY ON YOUR BEHALF
  • BEYOND THAT, WE CANNOT HELP YOU, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO EITHER APPEAL OR PAY.
  • We cannot guarantee you a parking spot in the Playtrain Car Park, however, there will likely be a space for you.
  • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your session and leave the car park no later than 10 minutes after your session.

PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION

  • Tables will be pushed together when you arrive.
  • You may bring and cut a cake (we supply a knife), but we ask that this is not eaten at Playtrain, but taken home in supplied napkins or Party Bags.
  • You can bring party bags. However, they should not be opened in Playtrain.
  • Naked flames are not allowed on the main floor, so no lit candles, please.
  • Also, please don’t bring any balloons, or even a birthday balloon.
  • Banners can be spread on tables, but not stuck down.
  • No other provisions will be made, and you will not have access to a party room.
  • Please be aware that at least one adult must take charge of the group.
  • All party paraphernalia (cake, wrapping paper, etc) must be removed and taken home. If asked, we can supply a black bag.
  • All other terms and conditions apply.
  • Floor Party prices are based on Peak/Off Peak pricing.

  • Babes in arms ≤ 6 months are free of charge and do not count towards the final numbers.
  • The food choice you make while booking is included in the price.
  • We will contact you a few days before your party to sort out final numbers, extras, or allergies.
  • Extras can be paid for on the day by card.
  • You get your own private party room for the first 30 minutes to eat and have the cake.
  • The fully laid out party table has a plate with a hat for each child.
  • Food is served at the start of the party.
  • After the food, children can play in the main hall.
  • Bluetooth music system in the party room.
  • Extras like party bags and extra food can be added when you book.
  • Private Parties are 90 minutes, with the option of purchasing a further 30 minutes.

  • ONCE PURCHASED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING YOUR UNIQUE VOUCHER BOOKING ID NUMBER
  • VOUCHERS ARE REDEEMABLE 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE
  • BOOK A VISIT TO PLAYTRAIN IN THE NORMAL WAY, AND ADD YOUR VOUCHER BOOKING ID NUMBER WHEN YOU CHECKOUT
  • YOU CAN SPEND ALL OR PART OF YOUR VOUCHER
  • UNSPENT VOUCHER BALANCE CAN BE USED WHEN BOOKING IN THE FUTURE
  • VOUCHERS EXPIRE 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
  • TO FIND OUT YOUR VOUCHER BALANCE, PLEASE CONTACT US

PARTY INFORMATION

  • Up to 25 adults can attend in total.
  • Babes in arms ≤ 6 months are free of charge and do not count towards the final numbers.
  • When you book your party, you are buying 12 children and 5 (FREE) adult tickets, which is the minimum number of party guests. This is because you probably won’t know the exact numbers when you initially book. If fewer than 12 turn up on the day, there will be no refunds.
  • The food choice you make while booking is included in the price.
  • We will contact you a few days before your party to sort out final numbers, extras, or allergies.
  • Extras can be paid for on the day by card.
